that the blue 'login' prompt in the top right, has now been replaced
by a 'logout' prompt. This confirms that you have successfully logged
into the library.
First we will look at the 'What is New' list. Click the blue 'What
is New' icon.
|
 |
6. You will now see a list of all the changes to
the library in date sequence. We recommend that you read down the
list to see if anything new has been added that may be applicable
to your practice.
When you have finished, click on the blue word 'Gallery' on the
left. |
 |
7. You are now back on the main page. You can return
here at any time by clicking on the word 'Gallery' again.
Next click the picture of the Library to access the De-pict Image
Library. |
 |
8. You will see a number of Albums. One for each
supplier represented within the library.
In this example we are going to look for images relating to the
Bench frames. These are supplied by Brulimar. So first we must click
on the Brulimar logo. |
 |
| 9. As Brulimar supply various brands, there is a sub-album
for each brand. Click on the Bench logo to see the Bench images. |
 |
| 10. We can now see small thumbnails of the Bench images
available. To view the full size image, simply click the small thumbnail. |
 |
| 11. The full size image is now displayed on your screen.
Right click on the image, and from the menu that appears, select 'Save
Picture As..' or 'Save Image As..' |
 |
12. You now have to tell your computer where you
want to save the image. We recommend you save all images in the
De-pict Images folder that already exists on your computer. This
will help you find the images quickly later.
First click the 'My Computer' icon on the left of the 'Save Image'
box. |
 |
13. Then, double click on the 'Local Disk (C:)'
option from the list that appears.
If you do not have an option called 'Local Disk (C:)', look for
any option ending with '(C:)'. |
 |
| 14. From the list of folders, double click on the 'De-pict
Images' option. |
 |
15. You will now see another list of folders, one
for each supplier.
In this example we need to double click on Brulimar. |
 |
| 16. And then double click on Bench. |
 |
| 17. Finally, click the 'Save' button. The full size
image is now permanently saved onto your computer. |
 |
| 18. If you ever need to create a new folder, simply
click the new folder icon on the toolbar, and then type its name. |
 |
| 19. To move back to a previous folder, click the 'Up
One Level' button on the toolbar. This looks like a folder with a
